Are you being abused by debt collectors or collection attorneys; are creditors calling you relentlessly at inconvenient times trying to collect your old debt; are bill collectors talking to other people about the debt you owe; are creditors threatening to sue you or your family members?  Are you considering filing bankruptcy; or do you need help finding an attorney who can sue debt collectors in your state?  If you answered yes to any of these questions, you should contact an attorney in your state.

we can help you!

To contact an attorney to put an end to the collection abuse, please refer to our attorney directory page where you should be able to find an attorney who practices consumer or bankruptcy law and is experienced with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and other federal and state laws.

Help Manage My Debt - Stoping Debt Collection Abuse Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA)

Help Manage My Debt is dedicated to helping improve the lives of consumer debtors who are being mistreated, harassed, and abused by debt collectors or collection attorneys.  Debt collectors and collection attorneys violate state and federal laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) every day.  Their violations often go unpunished and unnoticed because most consumer debtors do not know the best way to contact a consumer law attorney who is experienced with the FDCPA and other consumer and bankruptcy laws.

We intend to help consumer debtors learn more about debt collection laws and eliminate debt collection abuse.  We also intend to help create a direct link between consumers and attorneys who practice bankruptcy law and bring Fair debt collection practices act (FDCPA) lawsuits.
